The Edbot Software is the essential connection that makes your Edbot Mini, Edbot Dream and Edbot Play&Code programmable in lots of programming languages. Unlike anything else, the Edbot Software is an independent platform that links firmware to the coding languages taught most frequently in education.

The Edbot Software is freely downloadable. It connects via Bluetooth to your robots. Each connected robot requires a product key. If you've purchased an Edbot Mini, Edbot Dream or Edbot Play&Code the product key is included. The Edbot Pro Product Key is sold separately for people who have bought Robotis Mini or Robotis Dream products and wish to add to their functionality. For example, the amazing Motion Capture module in the video below - programmed in Scratch.
The Edbot Software runs on Windows, Mac & Linux (including Raspberry Pi). The software is truly cross-platform compatible. For example you can run in client mode on a Pi and connect to a server running on Windows.
